Open Positions & Job Profiles
1. Substation Secondary Design Engineer
- Total Experience: 8–15 Years
- Prerequisite: Minimum 5 years of dedicated design experience in Substation Control & Protection Systems.
- Core Responsibilities & Technical Skills:
- Design of control and protection systems, schematic diagrams, Local Control Cabinets (LCC), and tariff metering.
- System engineering for LVAC/DC auxiliary supplies, SCADA/SAS, and substation telecom.
- Preparation of Protection Single Line Diagrams (SLD), control logic diagrams, cable schedules, and interconnection diagrams.
- Engineering calculations including CT/VT sizing and protective relay settings.
- Preparation of Material Requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), vendor document reviews, and direct client coordination.
2. Transmission Line Engineer
- Total Experience: 8–15 Years
- Prerequisite: Minimum 5 years of design experience in large-scale overhead transmission line (OHTL) projects.
- Core Responsibilities & Technical Skills:
- Route alignment, geographical studies, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) review, and power system analysis.
- Transmission line route planning, 3D terrain modelling, and conductor optimization/sizing.
- Tower spotting, clearance optimization, sag & tension calculations using PLS-CADD, and Bill of Materials (BOM) extraction.
- Design criteria development, MR, TBE, vendor technical reviews, and engineering client liaison.
- Mobility: Willingness to undertake short-term deputation to project sites for direct engineering support.
3. Civil / Structural & BIM Design (Substation Buildings)
- Key Skills: Experience in blast-proof substation building design.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, and structural steel detailing.
